I have to admit I read this and am now curious about some of my friendship. Thank you for the reminder that friendships deserve time and energy and communication is key.
And Thankyou - I’ve just re-read it from that slightly different perspective of a young person and how pivotal social groups are at this life-stage. Dramas & ostracising can feel devastating and direct life-choices & courses.
I can imagine you don’t want to get into deep analytical territory – but helping someone to just think about the part they are playing in an group dynamic, and where that might come from could be really supportively useful! 🤩
